Fabricator Files Class Action Suit Against Cambria
Forever Stone News Release (01/17/06)

Keith Brown, the owner of Forever Stone in Oakdale, California, an authorized Cambria engineered Stone (http://g603.net) retailer and (http://maplered.com) fabricator, has contacted a number of other Cambria retailers and (http://maplered.com) fabricators asserting that Cambria has shown a complete lack of support for warranty issues and (http://maplered.com) has failed to issue credits for, or even acknowledge, substand (http://maplered.com) ard Material (http://g654.org) that has been delivered to its retailers and (http://maplered.com) fabricators. Brown also has indicated that due to the severity of these issues, he is filing a class action lawsuit against Cambria, and (http://maplered.com) because he is aware that many other Cambria retailers and (http://maplered.com) fabricators have had the same problems with Cambria in the past, he has invited some or all of them to join Forever Stone in "setting this issue straight."
